• Maintaining and repairing all the locks and joinery in the park.
• Install, adjust and repair windows.
• Make, improve, repair and install fences.
• Make, improve, repair and install small pieces of furniture.
• Create and renovate various items of joinery associated with the park's construction sites.
• Take part in the installation of cladding, framework and roofing on buildings.
• Define the stages of a project, choose the right types of wood and draw up diagrams.
• Cutting, assembling and sanding the various parts needed to complete a project.
• Install and finish the components.
• Apply coatings (varnish, lacquer, paint, etc.).
• Insulate, soundproof and waterproof a project according to requirements and the installation site.

• Hold a CAP/ BEP/BAC PRO qualification in locksmithing/carpentry.
• Have a general knowledge of the risks involved in using woodworking machinery (saw, router, chainsaw, etc.).
• Be able to read design plans and produce them.
• Know how to create or repair bridges.
• Know how to define the different species or types of materials according to their use.
• Know how to carry out the various jobs in accordance with the rules of the trade (produce aesthetic, high-quality work).
• Be familiar with safety standards.
• Be able to work alone as well as in a team.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Demonstrate rigour, precision, attention to detail and creativity.

Initial experience in joinery is desirable.
