PRM and Disabled

Fares

Disabled visitors can benefit from a reduced rate of €25.50 on presentation of proof (disability card). Admission is free for wheelchair users. To facilitate access to attractions and queues, a wristband will be issued at the entrance to the park for people with severe motor disabilities and autistic people.

Parking

Dedicated disabled parking spaces are available near the entrance to the park. Visitors are asked to wait in front of the white barrier so that our reception staff can spot them, and to announce themselves to our staff when they arrive at the car park.

Attractions

On presentation of the queue-breaking wristband (valid for the disabled person and their carer(s)), you will have direct access to the attraction without having to wait in the queue. Please note that depending on how busy it is, our operators may ask you to wait a few minutes or several turns before boarding.

CATERING

You can also use your wristband to gain priority access to the self-service and snack bar queues, and to the various catering outlets.

COMPANION

The accompanying person must be of legal age and fully aware of the importance of their role. They must be capable of physically supporting and assisting the disabled person. If the disabled person does not go to the attraction, the rest of the group must use the normal access.

IN THE ENVENT OF EVACUATION

The disabled person must be able to sit down and hold on safely during the ride. The accompanying person must be able to help evacuate, guide and reassure the disabled person.
