Expired tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, even at extra cost.

Here's what you can use to pay for your starters and treats:

• Cash in euros
• Bank cheques - For groups only.
• Visa and Eurocard Mastercard
• ANCV holiday vouchers (paper format) - Accepted at the entrance, restaurants, snack bars and souvenir shop. Please note that change cannot be given on these cheques.

What is not accepted :

• Dematerialised holiday vouchers - For the moment, we are not yet equipped.
• Luncheon vouchers - As the park is not open all year round, these are unfortunately not accepted.

And no, nuts are still not a valid means of payment... even though Didi loves them!

Like our tickets, invitations and special offers are only valid for the current season.

A great gift idea! You can buy a ticket directly from our ticket office at the park entrance. It will be valid for the whole season. Don't forget to tell the cashier that you want a ticket. You can also find this option on our website on the ticketing page!

Yes, accessibility for all is a priority for Didi and Didina!

Reduced rates are available, priority access to attractions and queues is possible thanks to a wristband, dedicated parking spaces are available near the entrance and a companion is authorised to assist the disabled person.

Some of our attractions may be closed in bad weather to ensure your safety.

Park your didi-bolide in our spacious, free car park opposite the park.

If you've left your lucky hat or cuddly toy in the car, don't panic! You can enter and leave the park freely throughout the day.
Just a little help from our teams: before you leave, say hello to our great hosts and hostesses at the entrance to the park and tell them you want to make a little round trip. They'll give you a nice stamp on the wrist. You'll be able to come back into the park with this stamp! 

To enjoy all the adventures in complete safety, we recommend that children are accompanied. However, children aged 13 and over are welcome under the responsibility of their parents.

Of course you can! There are special parking spaces for people with reduced mobility near the ticket office. Don't hesitate to inform the car park operator or the team at the ticket office as soon as you arrive, so that they can tell you the exact location.

Didi'land attractions are accessible according to children's height, to ensure their safety. Children as small as 90 cm can enjoy adapted rides with an accompanying adult, while some attractions can be accessed independently. For thrill rides, a minimum height of 120 cm is generally required. See our attractions guide for more details! Please note that, for safety reasons, this decision is made by our ride operators.

To get the most out of all the thrills, you need to be 120 cm tall. That's the magic height for boarding all our most thrilling attractions! 

Of course, for the littlest adventurers, there's no need to panic! Didi and Didina have thought of everything: there are lots of super-fun attractions where the whole family can have fun together, whatever their size!

To allow our teams to take a well-deserved break, some attractions run alternately during the lunch break. So there's always plenty to keep you amused!

So that parents can spend a day as relaxed as Didina's picnic, here's what we have to offer for your babies:

• In all our catering outlets, you'll find high chairs to seat your little gourmands. And to heat up feeding bottles or baby food, there are microwaves within easy reach.
• For everyone's comfort, changing tables are available in the women's toilets.

Feeling a little thirsty during your adventures in Didi'land? We've thought of everything to refresh you.

There's a great water fountain waiting for you right next to our central snack bar, the one next to the wild river.

But beware of little pranksters! This fountain is there to quench your thirst, not to organise giant water fights. We're counting on you to use it wisely and avoid wasting it. If things get out of hand, a member of our team may intervene.

The answer is a resounding YES!

You can bring your own feast with you to enjoy a family picnic or a gourmet break to your heart's content. You'll find cosy corners of grass, perhaps near one of our attractions or food courts. It's the perfect time to recharge your batteries before setting off on your next adventure.

We look forward to seeing you there to share laughter and thrills, with or without sandwiches.

Once you've had your fill of thrills on our attractions, you'll need to recharge your batteries with some delicious meals and treats.

At our various food outlets, you'll find something to satisfy every craving, from the hungriest to the hungriest. Whether you fancy a good sandwich, crispy chips, a fresh salad or an ice cream, there's something for everyone. Didi can't wait to welcome you and share some good times, taste buds included!

Unfortunately, no, dogs, cats and other animals are not allowed in the park. Only squirrels are allowed!

Yes, smoking is allowed in our park, but only in specially designated areas. This is important so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant family outing.

We're counting on you not to throw your cigarettes or other rubbish anywhere in the park.

No need to panic! Report any lost or found items to our on-site teams, who will do everything they can to help you find them.

For everyone's safety and comfort, certain items are not permitted in the park:

• Weapons of any kind, even fake or harmless ones. We want the atmosphere to remain fun and relaxed for everyone!
• Dangerous objects or illegal products
• Alcoholic drinks. Our family park has plenty to keep you refreshed!

When checking bags and personal belongings, our staff may seize or confiscate these items if necessary.

If your little adventurer gets lost, let a member of our team know immediately! We'll do everything we can to find them. They will be quickly located and taken care of by our staff.

Never! They're the ones who test the didi'land attractions before they open.

Hazelnut barbs, caramelised almond acorns and, for dessert, a lovely pinecone.

They can run at speeds of up to 20 km/h, but when they ride the attractions at Didi'land they break all records!
