Article 1 – General terms and conditions
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all Internet orders.These General Terms and Conditions of Sale can be consulted on the website.
- The Customer declares that he/she has the capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. that he/she is of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship.
- Placing an order implies the Customer's express and unreserved acceptance of all the clauses and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Consequently, the Customer declares and acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of them and therefore waives the right to rely on any other document.
- Parc Didi'Land Paradisland reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and to apply them to all Orders placed after the date of modification.
Article 2 – Ordering
- Ticket orders are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to the internal regulations of Parc Didi'Land Paradisland (‘Article 5 - Internal Regulations’).

The Customer is informed of the calendar and opening times of Didi'Land Paradisland for the 2024 season. The Customer chooses the tickets they wish to put in their basket, which they may delete or modify before validating their order and accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They will then enter their contact details. Once the information has been validated, the order will be considered definitive and will require payment by the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions set out. This last ‘click’ is considered to be the handwritten signature referred to in article 1341 of the French Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the ‘acceptance click’). As from the acceptance click indicated above, the order is considered irrevocable and may only be challenged in the cases exhaustively set out below. Before this last click, the Customer may identify any errors and correct them.
- Once the order has been registered, the Customer's computer will be automatically redirected to a page confirming that the order has been definitively validated. The Customer will also receive a confirmation e-mail with their ticket. To this end, the ticket must be printed or kept by the Customer, who will use it in accordance with the provisions of ‘article 2 - Ordering’ point no. 6.
- The Customer has the guarantee that his bank account will be debited only once by Parc Didi'Land via its secure payment site, for the total amount of the ticket order, as from the definitive registration mentioned.
- All information contained in the confirmation e-mails will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.
- By keeping and/or printing the admission ticket sent by the Didi'Land park, the Customer holds proof of his/her order. This ticket must be printed or presented on the Customer's smartphone at the entrance to the Didi'Land park.
- Tickets purchased for access to the Park may be printed directly by the Customer using their own equipment.
- If the Author of the order loses these entry tickets or purchase vouchers or if they are stolen through his or her responsibility, Didi'Land is not obliged to provide a replacement.
- In application of article L.121-20-4, 2° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not benefit from the 7-day withdrawal period provided for in article L.121-20 of the same code.
Article 3 – Protection of personal data
Data collected
- The information you give us when you enter information on certain pages of the site or when you contact us by telephone or e-mail. This may include your surname, first name, postal address, landline and/or mobile telephone number or your e-mail address.
- Information we collect using cookies and other tracking technologies, such as information about the device you are using, your IP address, your usage data and your location.
Use of personal data
Information concerning you is intended for our company SAS DIDILAND, which is responsible for processing it, with the aim of making the website services available, improving them and maintaining a secure environment. More specifically, it is used for the following purposes :

Security and confidentiality
We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data as fully as possible.
To protect your data from unwanted access, we use data encryption. The data collected on this site travels between your computer and our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS 256-Bit encryption (Transport Layer Security). However, we will not use encryption if you only send us information that is generally accessible. In order to secure the transmission of sensitive data, such as bank and credit card details, and to protect the data from misuse, we use a data-in-transit encryption protocol (SSL, Secure Socket Layer).
Implementation of user rights
As a valued user of our site, you have the right to request details of the personal information we hold about you and why we process it (you can check in 2 the lawful basis on which we process your information). You are entitled to object to this processing if you wish, but please bear in mind that if you do object, this may affect our ability to carry out the above tasks in your best interests. In addition, you have the right to require the correction of inaccurate data and the deletion of data that is inappropriate or no longer necessary.

A response to your request will be made in writing within a reasonable period of time (one month in principle, but we may notify you that we need more time to deal with your request). We expect our procedures to deal with your requests fairly and promptly.
Article 4 - General rules relating to ticket sales
- Cancellation of any activity for reasons of force majeure or due to the behaviour of a third party to the contract shall not in any event result in any compensation being paid by Didi'Land to the Client.

Prices The descriptions of the tickets presented on the Internet ticketing service specify, for each product, the services included in the price. Prices are indicated in euros and are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise indicated on the Internet ticketing service. The prices shown on the Internet ticketing service may be modified at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that such modifications will be inapplicable to reservations previously accepted.
- The only method of payment accepted for orders subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is by bank card (cards from the Carte Bleue, Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard networks are accepted). Payment of the price via the Site is made directly to Parc Didi'Land Paradisland, using the Customer's bank card number by means of a secure payment system.
- Characteristics. Tickets cannot be resold or refunded.
- APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These GTC shall be governed by French law. Any disputes to which these GTC may give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences, shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
