For the enjoyment and safety of all visitors, it is imperative that they comply with the visiting conditions set out in these rules and regulations.
General provisions
ARTICLE I – Scope of application
Entering the park, whether as a group or as an individual, implies unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of these rules.
In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules, the Management is entitled to ask any offender to leave the park immediately and without compensation.
Furthermore, DIDI'LAND accepts no liability for any damage whatsoever, to property or persons, caused by failure to comply with these regulations.
ARTICLE II – Implementation of these rules
These rules are enforced by staff authorised to ensure compliance by issuing instructions to visitors. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, and in particular where the breaches observed jeopardise the safety of property or persons, DIDI'LAND park staff will assess whether it is appropriate to evict the offender(s).
ARTICLE III – Legal proceedings
If necessary, DIDI'LAND park management reserves the right to take legal action against any offender.
Instructions applicable to visitors
ARTICLE IV – Traffic
Within the park, visitors are asked to use the public walkways only. In this respect, visitors are asked to respect the access restrictions:
- areas protected by a fence, barrier, chain, rope, gate or any other protection indicating that the area is not accessible to the public or marked ‘prohibited’ or ‘private’,
- premises and service areas, even if they have been left open temporarily
- attractions and their perimeters closed to the public
- emergency exits and ‘fire brigade’ access points, which must remain accessible at all times.
Visitors are also reminded that the rules of the highway code apply on the Park's thoroughfares. Visitors must comply with these rules and respect the speed limits in force in the Park.
ARTICLE V – Children
The management of DIDI'LAND Park strongly urges parents or carers not to leave their children under the age of 10 without adult supervision. DIDI'LAND Park shall not be held liable in the event of failure to do so.
During their visit, whether as a family or in a group, children remain under the care of their parents and carers, who are asked to ensure continuous supervision.
ARTICLE VI – Search
Depending on the circumstances or in response to requests from the public authorities, the Park Management reserves the right to carry out checks on visitors' bags and personal belongings, in order to maintain a maximum level of security.
These checks are carried out at the entrance to the Park, after the cash desks; visitors are asked, in their own interest and that of third parties, to submit to them.
In particular, it is forbidden to bring in weapons of any kind, even if they are fake and/or harmless, or any dangerous and/or illicit objects or products, as well as alcoholic beverages.
The staff in charge of control operations are empowered to seize or consign the objects concerned.
ARTICLE VII – Visitor dress and behaviour
Visitors are kindly requested to maintain correct dress throughout their stay in the Park; in particular, they must refrain from walking barefoot or bare-chested and, in general, from any form of indecent behaviour or dress.
In addition, visitors undertake not to disturb the peace and quiet of other visitors by adopting hostile, excessive or ostentatious behaviour. Staff are responsible for ensuring that this does not happen, at the visitor's request if necessary.
Visitors must therefore:
-
respect the instructions and directions given by the operators,
-
not overtake in queues,
-
respect the decorations, trees, shrubs, plantations, lawns and equipment of the Park and other visitors,
-
Do not use radios or other sound equipment or instruments,
-
Put paper and other rubbish in the bins and cigarettes in the ashtrays provided,

not to use mobile phones during shows,
-
not to engage in commercial transactions of any kind whatsoever.
ARTICLE VIII – Pets
Access to the park is forbidden to dogs, cats and other animals.
In addition, visitors to the park are expressly requested to refrain from:
- disturb the peace and quiet of the Park's animals, and avoid exciting them by banging on windows or fences,
- throw any objects or projectiles at the animals,
- give food to the animals.
Attractions
ARTICLE 9 – Warning
9-1 - The management of the DIDI'LAND park draws the attention of visitors to the warnings given at the entrance to each attraction, symbolised by pictograms with captions, and invites them to check that the attractions are suitable for them. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the Management declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect physical or material damage.
In general, it is specified that the attractions at DIDI'LAND Park are not recommended for anyone in poor health or with medical problems that could be aggravated by the sensations they provide.
9-2 - Video surveillance In accordance with decree no. 96-926 of 17 October 1996 relating to video surveillance, the management of Parc DIDI'LAND informs visitors that they are being filmed by a video surveillance system.

ARTICLE X – Parking
Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk.
Parc DIDI'LAND cannot be held responsible for damage to vehicles that is not the fault of the owner.
Parc DIDI'LAND urges its visitors to check that their vehicle is locked. Visitors are strongly advised not to leave animals or valuables in their vehicles.
If an animal is found locked up in a vehicle, Parc DIDI'LAND reserves the right, depending on the weather conditions, to notify the competent authorities in order to have the offence recorded, and to take the necessary measures, after veterinary advice, to put the animal ‘out of danger’.
ARTICLE XI – Personal belongings
Visitors retain custody of their personal belongings, in particular clothing, bags, glasses, cameras, photos, etc. without recourse against DIDI'LAND Park in the event of disappearance or damage.
ARTICLE XII – Rights to the park's image

ARTICLE XIII- Picnics
Picnics are only permitted inside the park in areas specially reserved for this purpose.
ARTICLE XIV – Unavailability
The closure of one or more attractions and shows, for any reason whatsoever, does not give the right to any compensation. The same applies if all or part of the park is unavailable due to bad weather. The opening and closing times of the park are given for information only. Depending on the circumstances, the Parc DIDI'LAND management reserves the right to modify them, in particular to protect the safety of visitors and/or Parc DIDI'LAND employees.
